Kansas Concealed Carry

Short Description : This course is 8-hours long and includes classroom and range time to fulfill the Attorney General requirements to apply for a concealed carry permit.

Course Requirements and Cost:

• Cost is $75.00
• Payment of at least $25.00 must be received with the registration to reserve a spot in the class with balance due the day of class. 
• You will need 50 rounds of ammunition for your weapon.
• Eye and Ear protection
• Belt and holster (Optional)
• Pistol or Double Action Revolver  (Please NO Single Action revolvers)

More Details:  Students will be taught a basic introduction to handguns, firearms care and maintenance, Kansas law and legal issues relating to handguns, use of deadly force, firearms safety, handling and marksmanship.  Students will also be required to pass a written test and qualify with their handgun.  For more information visit the Attorney General Concealed Carry website at:  http://www.ksag.org/page/concealed-carry

Basic Handgun

Short Description : This course is 6-hours long and includes classroom and range time to teach the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude for owning and operating a pistol safely.

Course Requirements and Cost:

• Cost is $75.00 
• Payment of at least $25.00 must be received with the registration to reserve a spot in the class with balance due the day of class.
• You will need to bring 300 rounds of ammunition.
• Eye and Ear protection
• Belt and holster
• Pistol or Revolver

More Details:  This course is designed for the shooter who has little or no formal instruction and wants to improve their shooting and become more familiar and confident with their handgun.  Even if you have been shooting for a while and want to improve your skills, this class is a must.  I highly recommend this class to anyone that has obtained their concealed carry permit to get that additional training need to safely carry a handgun.

Advanced Handgun

Short Description :This is an all day fast paced course specifically designed for those who already possess a basic knowledge of handgun safety and fundamentals.

Course Requirements and Cost:

• Cost is $100.00
• Payment of at least $25.00 must be received with the registration to reserve a spot in the class with balance due the day of class.
• You will need to bring 300 to 350 rounds of ammunition.
• Eye and Ear protection
• Belt and holster
• Pistol or Revolver
• Extra magazines / loaders and carrying pouch
